First Seen Wants Your Donations:
Goods and/or Money

Goods: When we are planning productions, First Seen will identify goods that we will need, both for sets and for props. Currently we have no storage space to keep items that are not in production.

First Seen's Current Wish List:
Money: Like all theater groups, we need money to put on our productions. A staged reading costs around $300 to $500, depending on the number of actors and the theatre space rented. A full production can cost up to $25,000. Proceeds from ticket sales cover only 35-40% of the costs of a production. In April 2004, we were awarded a Theatre Bay Area (TBA) grant to help put on the workshop of "To Hades and Back (Again)". Even with wonderful support such as this, we still need your help.

First Seen is in the process of applying for non-profit status (501 c 3) in the State of California. Our fiscal sponsor is Theater Rhinoceros, which has a valid 501 c 3 status. Any donations to First Seen may be made out to Theatre Rhinoceros, with "First Seen" in the memo line. Please send checks to:
